2. Services Provided

WaveBNB specializes in providing marketing services to short-term rental (Airbnb) businesses, including but not limited to:

  • Paid advertising (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads)

  • SEO and content strategy

  • Email marketing automation

  • Conversion rate optimization (CRO)

  • Dynamic pricing strategy

  • Review generation and reputation management

  • Website development and direct booking solutions

  • AI chatbots for guest engagement

The details of services will be outlined in individual contracts or service agreements provided upon engagement.


3. Payment Terms

  • Clients agree to pay fees as specified in their contract or service agreement.

  • Payment is required upfront for one-time services and on a recurring basis for ongoing services.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing with prior notice to the client.


4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • Due to the nature of our services, all fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

WaveBNB is not responsible for delays or performance issues caused by missing or inaccurate information from the client.


6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Any materials, designs, or strategies created by WaveBNB remain our intellectual property unless otherwise stated.

  • Clients receive a license to use deliverables for their business but may not resell, distribute, or claim ownership.

  • Any pre-existing client content remains the property of the client.


7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information disclosed during the course of the engagement.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • WaveBNB is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

  • While we strive to deliver optimal results, we do not guarantee specific financial outcomes or revenue increases.

  • Clients assume all risks related to advertising, marketing investments, and platform compliance.


9. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30 days written notice.

  • We reserve the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activities, or fails to make payments.

  • Upon termination, the client must settle any outstanding balances.


10. Compliance with Laws

  • Clients must comply with all applicable laws, including GDPR, CCPA, and advertising regulations.

  • We reserve the right to refuse services that violate legal or ethical standards.


11. Third-Party Tools & Platforms

  • Our services may involve third-party tools (e.g., Google, Facebook, Airbnb, PriceLabs).

  • WaveBNB is not responsible for third-party platform changes, restrictions, or bans affecting campaign performance.


12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the changes.


13. Governing Law
